Disconnecting service

As the government rules have changed, the airtel people have asked to submit the relevant documents. which i have submitted on 29th Sep 2010 and my application no is OMR 1530976 at a postoffice (kazipet). Filled the Form gave a passport size photograph and ID proof (my Voter ID).

after all that still they have disconnected my services 2 times. I'v been telling the customer care that i have submitted but they ask me to do it again... how many times do i submit.and what is the guarantee that they would not ask me to submit again.

I am a employee and my work is geting disturbed cos of this irresposible Airtelpeople.
