TO WHOM SO EVER, IT MAY CONCERN
MY airtel mobile no is 9898168781, I have received a message from 5432115000, stating that you have choosen my tune service.you have charged rs 15 for 15 days .as i have not choosen this service, how come u can deduct rs 15 from my airtel balance without my permission .this message was send to me at 11.59 pm late night, which disturb me a lot, you feel no way resposible to disturb senior citizen for your cheapest purpose,
If your company doesn`t refund a balance of Rs 15, (fifteen).and stop tune service immediately which is irritating me a lot .than i have no other way except to go with CONSUMER COURT / RTI.
