My No. is 9971669940 i am Airtle user of past 5 Years & giving airtel on an average of rs 1200 p/m Bill. I was using a service of airtel from past 4 years which has been deactivated widout any intimation. If Airtel Provides me the intimation i will pay all my Bills else i am not willing to pay. & it was commited to me on 26 Octber Call from Customer Care Senior person that i will be getting 967 Rs Waiver with New Bill Waiver also. But right they all are saying that there is no commitment done .
I am facing Networking issue from past 6 Mnths still Airtel is not able to solve my issue ....Not Airtel Payment executives are harrasing me for Payment, & i have to disconnect this no else i need this no. but they are not providing me wht i need & that was commited.
Kindly look into this .Please do the needfull.
