I am having singal problem with Airtel from Jan-10 and i complained on march 23rd till sept-10. The customer service guys said there is a problem with in 10-15 days but the issue not rectifed. One day i informed to them that if its not rectify i dont want to pay the bill, they said it will be rectify in 10 days only i waited for months. Now my bill is pending for 1100 Rs. I have removed the conection and taken other provider connection the airtel recovery guys calling to my outgoing list and abusing with bad words to all my friends and relatives. I called to airtel team and the explain the problem and they are started abusing on me.. I want help on this..Please suggest how can i proceed.
