I hold an airtel connection 011-47320348 in the name of gurjot singh. I am facing a severe problem with this connection. My connection has been disconnected with the given reason of non payment which has been done a long time before. I had received calls by airtel a few days before regarding payment dues when i updated them that the payment had been done and also gave them the receipt no. But still my connection was disconnected. I am facing problem due to this and i request you to please sort out the problem urgently.

Add:- DE - 85, Tagore Garden, Main Najafgarh Road, New Delhi.
I hope you take an immediate action on this otherwise i have to report to the consumer forum for this. And please take note this dose not happens in future again.
