i had prepaid connection my no. is 9634700400. 20 days ago i activated my caller tune pack for 12months i was charged Rs 245.yesterday i was checking my activated services by dialing *121*5#
it was written there on no.1 was hello tune and on no.2 was fm mirchi i replied with no.2 den it asked if u want to stop this service[ ie fm mirchi] then reply with 1 i replied with 1 and my hello tune service got deactivated... how come it be possible... when i called customer care for refund they said we cant do anything... what is this means company is showing sumthing and deactivating sumthing else...??? i wanna know the details n iwant my caller tune pack with 12 months else i want my refund back...
this is the 3rd time i am facing the problem reply me as soon as possible.my email id [email protected].
