Hello sir/madam,
I had asked to cancel Airtel Music Portal Subscription Service for which rs5.00 was getting deducted from my balance. After cancelling the service also, Rs5.00 is getting deducted everyday from my prepaid balance account. I have called airtel customer service many times but they are not even picking up the phone. Please help me in this case.
