I just want to recharge my prepaid moible online.(Prepaid - Gujarat - 98986*****)
However, your newly introduced way for easy recharging (MChek) is stopping me to go ahead and recharge my mobile.
sometime it beautifully says that my card details are incorrect, sometimes it says that iternational cards can not be used (FYI - I am still in india from birth and no other country has issued any card to me. Hope I had one) and sometimes it asks me to enter new ipins.
I have tried using 2 debit cards of very reputed banks (ofcourse Indian banks), but all in vain. You intelligent easy to recharge system just doesn't work at ALL.
I must say it is the hardest way which you guys have introduced without checking that this works or doesnt works. For the sake of the world, can you guys just fix this, so that I can recharge my mobile online.
Can't I just recharge using net banking or something else.
