I received an sms on 25th November asking me to resubmit documents regarding address proof and ID proof for my mobile number 9845668621.

I re-submitted the relevant documents at Airtel resubmission centre near BDA complex, Indiranagar on the 26th of November (Form no 23187117).

On 27th I got another sms stating that I should submit my documents otherwise my outgoing will be barred.

I have been using this number since 2005. For the first two years as post paid and then the rest as pre-paid. I fail to understand why Airtel cannot keep track of the documents submitted when buying their sim cards. I want to know why the customer gets only three days to submit forms?

I have a balance of Rs 1000.00 in my account. What happens to that? Will Airtel repay me my money with interest?

Its high time Airtel stops acting stupid as the main person behind its success: the customer, can easily spend his/her money elsewhere and bring the company's balance sheet into loss.
