No customer care help. Cutting charges for value added services, even when the request has been placed to stop the service

I Miss. Smita Damdu (no-9561190071) has been using airtel sim card prepaid service since 1 and a 1/2 year. Since few days because of lot of problems faced in the prepaid service i changed the sim, but still i do use airtel too. Now i am facing a problem.i have deactivated the dictionary service which was activated earlier without any notification, but stlill i used for few days. now even after i have personally called cust care and requested for the deactivation of the service, even after few days the service is again started without without me asking for it, and the charges are being regularly deducted from the balance. It is very problematic to me, since i m losing my money without any reason. and the customer care providers too, do not assist. When i called cust care there too they do not connect the call to the cust care executive, because of which i could not deactivate the service again and help myself. so i want that the customer care executives should assist me, and help me in deactivating the service or else then i have to take sum serious step further.
