Resubmission of documents after 1 month

Dear Sir/Madam

My mobile number is 9932054867. I have been using this number for the more than past

3 years in IIT kharagpur.

Now suddenly I am unable to call. The IVRS system tells I've to submit documents again. I have already submitted it 1 month earlier when I was asked to do so as per as TRAI regulations.

Airtel even sent me SMS confirming that my documents were correct.

So I would request you to take care of this

problem and please don't stop the service.
