Sub:- Advance rental 699 for mobile no.(9717594979) charged twicely.
I am using airtel connection from more than 2 years with same advance rental plan and advance rental for this year already paid and I didn't get any problem with it but from last 1 month it is really a very bad experience with airtel.
In Sep- I was in South Africa. My mobile and other stuffs were robbed there. So, I called from there to airtel customer care to block my number for prevent of missuse.
I came back to India on 30th OCT and after 2-3 days I went to airtel outlet in lajpat lagar and asked for duplicate SIM, they told me that it will activate in 4 hrs but it didn't activate at that time and then I received a call from airtel customer care that your no. is permanent disconnect. So, u need to submit your documents again and after 7 days it will be activated. I submit my documents and it activated in 7 days.
Now, I got my first bill with advance rental amount of 699 (already paid in june or july) which is ethically incorrect. If these are the conditions for an existing customer then I do not want to continue the connection and I am not ready to pay the advance rental
