Outgoing calls bared and not giving responce

Dear sir/madam

I buy a new prepaid connection of bharti airtel and done all documentation about a month ago.suddenly on 29th nov airtel bared by outgoing calls.when i call on customer care the executive told me that your telephonic inquiry was negative and verification done on 27th nov (but i have not received any call like that) and when i ask him he cut down the phone and then airtel dose like that iam unable to call customer care again. Next day on 30th i went to bharti house (ashramroad ahmedabad) and the executive told me it will be may again restart in next 7days and for futher information you talk in customer care.when i called to customer care from their only the senior person told me that they will not start again the out going in future and that number will be closed in short period of time.when i asked why and if you want i can provide documents again as this number is given everywhere and i personally visit here.they have not listening any thing and no body able to give proper responce. I have enough Rupees in that mobile main balance and already activated the sms scheme., (i asked them what to be done with my main balance and sms scheme activation charge they told you will not get back any amount) i am very hurt for this kind of responce from this valuable company. Iam using another two airtel numbers from number of years.i want to complaint to consumer dept.about this kind of fake infirior services and cheating with customers.my questions are

(1) why airtel has done varification after one month?

(2) I have not receive any call such like that so on which bases thay bared the services?

(3) As they are everytime calling regularly to inform about there prompotional schemes, why they are not called again? and verified again? if some one may not received their call (please note i have not receive any call like this but this is on conditions mentions is sentance).

(4) what should be done with the recharged balance in sim card and schemes?

please note complaint and take action accordingly.
