I used to use the Postpaid Number but then i changed my mind a few days back and migrated to prepaid.
Then I wanted to activate the Black berry services
SO the procedure was to SMS airtelbb to 121 and i did it... a reply came and had plans in it... I chose my plan and send it back... then again a reply came and said that if you want to activate then SMS BIS to 121... as i am using 8900 so i sent BIS 8900 and in reply they said that we cannot proceed... if you are a new prepaid customer then wait for 24 hours after activation... its been 3 days and still same msg is coming up... I can't even call the data service helpline (7070)
they say that " this service is not available for my number"
i called 121 so many times they say tht we cant help u and u have to 7070
i said its not working...
In final words... I am tired of doing this... Please help
