Non-activation of outgoing calls for number : 9840127406

Initially I had submitted my Driving Licence as a proof for obtaining new Airtel prepaid SIM card from Airtel purasawalkam showroom and I was using it. Then they called me and said that my proof was rejected and I need to re-submit the proof again.(Wondering how can they reject my Driving Licence when everything is in order). My outgoing calls were de-activated. I got a recorded messge stating that outgoing calls are suspended for non-submission of the documents and will be restored within 8 hous after submission. On 06/12 again I submitted all the documents in the Purasawalkam branch and was waiting for activation. Yesterday I called the call center they after 48 hours it will be activated. Again today I called them, they said it will take 24 working hours. Why is Airtel is fooling subsribers like this. If you can't serve subsribers why the HELL want to issue new SIM. I had drafted a mail to them, no clue as to what they are doing with it. I dobt whether they can understand English. Shame on Airtel for this kind of service!!!
