I am Ashok Kumar Somani. my mobile number is 9950156664. On Nov 16 Masti pack was activated on my no. without my permision and a certain amount started deducting from my account. The service was automatically decatived on 7.12.2010.
How a company like airtel could be so irresponsible that in order to increase its revenues it uses all the wrong practices.
It is fine in short run but in long run it will lose its loyal customer.
If any one in airtel is listening... Could you please explain me reason for the same???
