AIRTEL THINKS CUSTOMERS ARE MADE.un necessarily charging my account

Iam a customer of airtel since 2004.since last two months airtel is charging 20 rs/weekly subscription for some services, which i have not activated.when i call to the call centre they r giving back the talk time 9 or 10rs instead of 20rs.

and one more good thing is to complaint any thing they charge for that also.

dear airtel dont think u r a grt service provider.

change the logo is not a big thing.u should satisfy the existing customers.
