Activation of job alert without sending msgs, so had no idea & they deducted alot of money since June- July

I am an Airtel user (8146047922) & I work in Gurgaon, I am basically from punjab & this is Punjab number, I come to punjab every month for 3-4 days & I use this number, Since last 2-3 times I found my balance i negative & even this time, so i decided to call customer care for the same, they told me that my job alert is activated since july & Re. 1 is being deducted daily, In my wildest dreams i never had an idea abt it because I never got any job alert msg, I always used to leave some balance & now as i saw negative I got to know,

I want a claim on this issue, Kindly help me regarding the same
