Before 1 Month i.e.in Nov i activated Rs. 98 (2 GB) Scheme From Customer Care at that time they didn't tell about auto renewal system.

So when my 1 month Completed i.e. in Dec At that time My Balance Is ~ Rs 60 and as per auto renewal scheme they started Rs. 35 (500 MB) Scheme Automatically Instead RS. 98 Scheme So I suffer 1GB data Loss.

and again on 11/12 at 16:37 i Recharged Rs. 401 Unlimited Scheme which didn't started till 13/12 up to 11:00 hrs. and i surfed on 11/12 after Rs. 401 Recharged understanding that my unlimited scheme is activated and they deduct my Rs. 24 from main balance.

then i call to GPRS CARE and they said that no balance deducted regarding GPRS & Call to customer care but i tryed so many times but they didnt pick up my call.
