i am prakash using the airtel number 9958703515..sir, yesterday around 3 pm about 15 rupees deducted from my account without any usage.
when i called customer care then the reason given by him was not satisfactory. they told to me that you have used airtel live services...
but i have accessed only 0.facebook.com and it is known well that this service is free from airtel live... i m accessing 0.facebook.com totally free from many days... bt this wrong balance deducted yesterday...
soo... plzzzzzz sir, solve my problem.i hope u wl take action...
