DEAR SERVICE PROVIDER,
MY MOBILE NO IS 9987155154. FROM TODAY MORNING I HAVE BEEN CHARGED Rs. 3 per SMS. WHEN I CALLED ON THE CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THIS THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY PROPER RESPONSE FOR THE COMPLAINT. ALSO WHEN I ASKED THE EXECUTIVE TO TRANSFER THIS CALL TO YOUR ESCLATION HELP DESK HE JUST KEPT ME ON HOLD AND THEN DISCONNECTED WITHOUT GIVING ANY RESPONSE TO ME; I CALLED AMOST THREE-FOUR TIMES AND EVERYTIME THEY KEPT ME ON HOLD AND THEN THE CALL WAS DISCONNECTED. DO YOU THINK THAT I HAVE TOO MUCH OF TIME TO DISPUTE ON CUSTOMER CARE.
