My sim no. is 9560161829. Everytime when I recharge my sim, Airtel deduct some of my money without any information and my balance decreased. Yesterday (22-Dec), I recharged my sim with an amount of Rs. 50. Today I made a call of Rs. 2.20 but now the balance is showing only Rs. 25 in my sim. Why Airtel does like this. We can never reach to Airtel Customer Care because everytime when we try to reach customer care, the connection is disconnected without transferring our call to Customer care officer.
