I have been using airtel connection for the past 8 years. I moved to Chennai-Medavakkam, Gayathri Nagar on September and have been facing the network coverage issue since then. I lodged a complaint in Sept 09' and no solution was given. Again I raised a complaint on Nov and still they have not done anything about it. Infact being a working professional I need to attend calls from my residence but because of this coverage issue my work is getting affected. Almost many residents in my area face the issue. No coverage within our premises. It is such a discouraging response from the customer service. I have almost waited for a year and more expecting them to resolve this issue. I would really appreciate if someone could respond and rectify this problem.
