Uninformed change in rates for same plan

SUB: 225 BOOSTER IN AIRTEL PREPAID

This booster had reduced call rates of 50p per min to loc ans std lanline/other mobile and 10p per min to airtel mobiles. The booster is valid for 90 days.

The customer gets a msg that his booster is expiring in 3 days..pls recharge to get reduced rates.(but this msg does not specify that there has been a change in the same plan)

Suddenly the booster has a new change that landline no will be charged at 90p per min. This was done with no prior information to the existing customer in the same plan.

POINT:

1.If there is a change in the plan, then existing customers in the same plan must be informed.

2.If there is a change in call rates in the already existing plan, it should be named as a different plan.

3.If a customer who has been in a booster plan and after his expiry of his booster continues to recharge with the same plan thinking that there would be no change in plan because of lack of prior information from the service provider then he should be either ALLOWED to have the previous benifits or reverse the booster amount to the customer.
