UNSOLVED COMPLAINT REGARDING EGPRS SIGNALS AND POOR SPEED OF INTERNET WHILE USING ON AIRTEL MOBILE

Dear Sir,

Iam using an AIRTEL HARYANA NUMBER-(91-9729127781). I have a NOKIA N97 MINI handset with me and Iam using their MOBILE OFFICE Internet service on My Handset itself. Iam getting only 1KBPS speed while surfing/downloading/uploading through it. Airtel's customer care executive has said to me that they offer 3-4KBPS SPEED (DOWNLOADING/UPLOADING) and 20 KBPS speed for (SURFING), but that's not happening. Also Iam getting only GPRS signals instead of EGPRS signals at my home location. I have complained regarding all these problems but no solution has been provided to me.
