Non Receipt of Verification Form

I got a message from Airtel to resubmit my verification details. First I thought that why do they need it again when I provided it to them at the time of purchasing the connection. But I decided to give the details.

When I reached the Kamla Nagar airtel branch the refused to accept the form because it was filled with black ink. They said the form needs to be filled in blue ink. The form itself does not mention anything related to it.

I got back and refilled the form and decided to submit it in Derawal Nagar airtel branch which was on my way to office. There they refused to accept it saying that they will not accept it and I will have to submit it at a distant location.

I was very disappointed at the service provided by airtel. Had i gone for a recharge to my prepaid account both locations would have happily done it. They refused to provide me any other service which there company was claiming they would.

When airtel says that the form can be submitted to any of the airtel centers then why the centers refuse to accept the form and make false excuses.

I have been with airtel for 6 years not and now after this experience waiting for the number portability to arrive so I can switch.
