My name is deen dayal and my phone no.is 09816036463 (Airtel prepaid). I m a loyal customer of airtel since last four years. But from the last two months the airtel people are deducting from my account falsely activating services which i never asked to do so. Some unwanted deduction are:
1) Deduction of Rs 99 (Pretext of deduction is downloading of cricket champion trophy which i never ever asked for.
2) Deduction of 30 rs on the pretext of friend chat activation.
3) After four days 20 rs will be deducted for tadka live (Never demanded)
Please look into the matter and unearth a budding scam.
