I have got my phone number registered on Do-Not-disturb service sine march. Despite that I have been continuously receiving promotional messages. I logged another complaint for this on 16-01 and was told that these messages would be stopped after 26-01. However, the condition is still the same and still continue to receive messages. also, the waiting time on customer care is pathetic. After trying for 3 days it was today that I was able to log a complaint and the lines were not busy. Moreoever, i was again asked to wait for 10 more days to for the messages to stop coming. also, the solution that i got was that in future if u keep getting messages then please keep logging a complaint... Why the hell cannot an action be taken once for that? If I have to lodge a complaint again and again for the same thing and still no action being taken on this, then what is the use of using airtel services..Please look into this matter urgently!
