Un- necessary cutting of money from main account

Dear Sir,

I have two aitel conection 9954387187 & 9957429801. On 9954387187 internet pack has activated by recharging Rs.98/- but while browsing through mob office money is being deducted from main account. Why? I dailed many time to customer care but they did not response at all. They keep hold the phone by saying "please wait while we gather information on the subject" and cut the phone automatically.

Secondly on other No. 9957429801 hello tune has been activated without my request, Rs.45/- has been deducted and there is no responce from customer care as usual on the complaints.
