Airtel
Not recorded Address verification, and extremely rude manage

I had bought a Airtel postpaid connection 28th January and submitted my documents (passport copy and a photograph) for the same. I was informed that there would be an address verification. On Sunday 30th I receive a call from an officer who says that he would be coming for the address verification, he comes my house, and asks me some questions such as how long I have been staying in this place (my reply 18 years) and other personal questions and takes my signature on a couple of documents and leaves.

On 2nd February Wednesday I recieve a message from Airtel to saying because your address cannot be verified your network will be disconnected. soon after that my outgoing calls are barred. After 2-3 calls to the customer care centre when I speak to the executive and explain the situation to her she apologies and says that the airtel records havent been updated, but we will resume service within 4 hours.

On 5th february saturday, my outgoing calls are barred again without any prior notice or message. I call the customer care centre and explain the problem to the executive, and request to talk to the manager to find out why this problem has persisted. the executive puts me on hold for 10 minutes after which the phone is disconnected. When I try calling again the call doesnt go through, after 4-5 attempts the calls goes through and I speak to the executive again and explain the problem again and insist that I be connected to the manager. I am put on hold again and after 5 minutes of wait I am informed that lines are busy and we wont be able to connect your call now, but the manager will call back in 4 hours.

4 hours of wait later when I call back with the same ritual of 2-3 calls not connecting and speak to the executive again and explain my problem (6th time of doing so) they put me on hold and later reply that the manager will call you soon. after 4 times of requesting to talk to the manager when the manager calls I explain the entire problem to her and question on why first this mistake persists, second if they disconnected the network once and rectified their records why do it again, third there was no prior notice to disconnection this time.

To all of that I recieve a Cold, rude and extemely arrogant reply " Our records are not wrong! your verification was not successful! you can shift to an other network provider and WE DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS! ' and slams the phone!!
