Airtel says Fraud Passport

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in reference to my connection with Airtel, whose number is 9686698574. I submitted my Passport as the ID proof and address proof. After a month they suspended my services saying that my passport is a fraud document and asked me to resubmit the same. When I went to the airtel center and showed my original passport and tried to submit the photocopy again, they still say that your passport is a fraud document. I do not understand following points:

1. If at all it is afraud document how can I travel to 5-6 different countries regularly in last 9 years.

2. How can airtel refuse to take a document issued by government of india, on what grounds they can refuse.

I request you to please see into this complaint.
