Complaint Against Service

I Mr Sayed Akram Had taken Mobile Service (Life time Prepaid Card) From Airtel. From 25th September i had not used my card on 7th feb i started using my mobile i findout that my outgoing calls were not going so i went to airtel gallery they replied that my card will not be activated & my incoming calls will also be deactivated. I have taken Life time Card how can they deactivate my card. Please do the needfull
