Today I did an ERecharge of Rs. 111/-, but it is added to the Dedicated Account instead of the regular account. Why is it so? Why can't I use that money as a regular account? That to the balance in the dedicated account of Rs.111/- is getting expired within 10 days of recharge (i.e.by 21 Feb). Please let me know why this is happening without our knowledge. It is just not acceptable. Please reply me ASAP.
