Rejection of Number Portability Request

Dear Sir,

I wanted to change my network operator from Airtel to Idea and had submitted necessary documents with the Idea Customer Care. But today, after the expiry of 7 days from the date of submission, i have received a message stating that my request has been rejected by Airtel since my number have been connected for less than 90 days. But infact, I am using this number for the past 3 years. I had gone to a nearby Customer Care centre of Airtel and confirmed this. But i am not getting any positive responses from them to resolve the issue. Please do the needed. My mobile no. which has been opted number portability is 09746864211.
