I got a call from Airtel No : 9967238282 saying they are from airtel. They have a scheme to retain valued customers to prevent them from changing to other service provider through MNP. Scheme is 400 mins every month till yr 2032 after 400 mins Airtel 2 Airtel 15 paise and Airtel 2 other 30 paise. On two connection taken intercalling between these connection is free. Activation Charge is Rs 500 for 1 connection and Rs 100 for 2 connection. They robbed me of Rs 1000 through this scheme. A correspondent from them by the name of Mr Kureshi, came and gave me Customer copy of the enrolment Receipt No 75067. Subsequent to initial call I got call from No : 9004883504, 9967767279 and 9004281707 to coordinate collection of activation charge from my location. After collecting charges any follow up with this number does not work. They blocked my number on their cell phones through Software on their phones so that I cannot call them. I called them through other numbers and it worked but then they blocked that number too. Correspondent told they are from Airtel Malad office. Above mentioned cell numbers are working still while I am writing this complaint. Please help me out with this issue.
