Not receiving bills

I am a subscriber for air tel my mobile number is 9849161778, in Hyderabad i have this number for more than ten years and i have not been receiving my bills since three months and i am requesting for the same since 15 days and every day they say it will take four working days to send the bill and four days later i get a message saying bill has been sent and returned because no one available i have made it a point to see some one is at home and still same problem and i think the courier service is at fault and communicated same to the customer care still the same problem persists and the bill date has crossed and they will charge for the late payment on top of it i keep getting threatening Sams's that they sent the collection matters to their agents and i have to deal with them and i have no clue what my billing details are and what i am paying for and this the bill is the double of every month and i need to check what i am being charged for

this has been mentally harrowing experience for me and i am helpless as this is dragging on for too long

and this basically is a cry in the dark hoping something will be done in this regard
