Unnecessary Balance Deduction from Airtel Prepaid

My cellphone no.9793691765 was having bal. Rs.191.05 at around 5:47PM on 15th of February. I used airtel gprs services for 4 minutes and 21seconds with packages received of 110Kb.

According to the browsing charges the balance deducted should be of rupee 1.20 (30paise per 20KB).

I was aware of the fact that airtel deducts the balance even after disconnecting from gprs services, so, i switched off my phone and switched it on again and checked the balance, it was 187.84 (excess deduction of 2.01 rupees). After a while i recd. a message regarding balance deduction of 51.30 rupee for a browsing of 3401.91Kb (which i never did) and i kept on checking by balance again and again regularly and each time a balance of 1-3rupees was deducted. i kept on receiving messages of balance deduction. i checked my balance at 6:00PM, which was 129rs and called customer care. I asked my balance which was then told to be rupees 112rs. the call was disconnected. i callled again at 6:06PM and told the details about my complaint and meanwhile i recd a message of balance deduction of Rs33.60 for browsing 2230.86KB (which can not be done as i was on a call).

the customer care executive asked me to hold while he transferred my call to his senior and then the call was disconnected after 9.50 minutes.

I called again and then i had a talk for about 25.13minutes and i had to explain each and everything again and still during the call i recd. messages of balance deduction.

The solution they gave was that- delete the airtel gprs settings and then your balance will stop deducting.

It is completely on my will that i delete the settings or keep it. I never did the browsing and still my balance was deducted.

The customer care executive wasn't ready to listen to my complaint and kept my call on hold. after a while i was completely able to hear the voice of the executive and the noise behind, i kept on holding the line but recd. no response.

This is not the first time that my balance has been deducted without a reason.

I had to delete my gprs settings for stopping the deduction in balance and i did not receive any complaint number from the customer care executive.

my current balance at 6:49PMis 4.99Rupees.

The details of balance deduction are:

51.30 rupees- 3401.91KB

33.60 rupees- 2230.86KB

26.xx rupees- 1729.55KB

38.xx rupees- 2523.72KB

A total of approximately 180 rupees has been deducted without any use of services. While on a call browsing can not be done and still customer care excutive told that brwosing is still being done on my number and suggested me to delete my internet settings.

after switching off the cellphone the internet connection automatically disconnects and i switched off my phone twice.

The executive told me that my balance can not be refunded.

please resolve this and I want my balance back on my number.
