I took the postpaid mobile connection no.8826712777 under corporate scheme. On the cofirmation call i conveyed him to reduce the credit limit to Rs. 800 and same been also reduced being handled by my kid 10 year old i.e. the used beyond the credit limit the services will the cut off by the service provider. But i got the bill of Rs 1301 only for 16 days. When i approached the costumer care -121 and also to Mr. Rahul Chabra (...Manager) by mail and been replied that the credit limit can never be fixed it depend on your credit history. It is very irresponsible answer because it was my first bill so there is no question of credit history.
