Prepaid mobile recharge

Hi! I made 2 airtel recharge of Rs. 333 each on 20/02 via ICICI Online banking for mobile number 9717128075. Though the bank showed the transaction as "successful", I got a sms from 555555 stating that "The request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime". I have also not got the recharge amount in my mobile. Request Airtel to resolve my query.
