Sir, With much anticipation of enjoying the mobile connection from the much talked airtel, I have purchased a Sim card and submitted my papers through M/s Rathna Agency, Villivakkam, Chennai-38 on 17.1.18.1.2011. I think, on 7.2.2011 at about 9.00 a.m. (app), one of your Customer Care executive (Guy) contacted and he wanted my details to be verfieid and at that time I was attending to an important official meeting with my officers. (I am working as Inspector, Railway Protection Force). Inspite of my preoccupation, I attended to the call and gave the details he required. However, the executive informed me that some of the details were found to be wrong and wanted to me to submit correct papers. As I was in a meeting I could not patiently reply to your executive further. Subsequently the services to my Sim Card (9840898833) was stopped after 2 or 3 days. with recorded information to submit my papers. Accordingly, I have re-submitted my papers through the same agency on 12.2.2011 (Agency Ref. Sl. No.1 dt. 12.2.2011) and awaited for restoration of service. However, with the persistant efforts by contacting your Customer Care, I was able to got my Sim card activated again on 17.2.2011. However, again the services were deactivated on the evening of 19.2.2011 with a display in the mobile as "Sim card registration failed". So, I again submitted my documents on 21.2.2011 (third time) this time at the Airtel Show Room, Anna Nagar who informed me that within 48 hours, the services will be restored. After that I have pursued with the Airtel Show room on a number of occasions, but of no avail. Actually, I want to know what went wrong in my case as to why services not restored inspite of submitting documents, on 3 occasions and pursuing with the agency on humpteen times, Probably the (airtel executive Guy) who spoke to me would have annoyed due to my response (as I was attending some important meeting) I therefore request you to kindly arrange to restore services to my Sim card (No. 9840898833) please.
