I have recharge my mobile on 04-02 at 06:06 PM for talktime rs 222. Transid : 913842711

and another recharge on 04-02 at 06:52 PM for talktime rs 222 and Transid : 914162889.

At that time my balance was around 525.

On 11-02 98 rs has been deducted for value added service GPRS. I had also made some

calls of no more than 125 rs. But unfortunately they had deducted my balance of rs 250-300.

On inquiry they had no answer regarding the balance deduction for any type of transaction. I

have also confirm the same by sending sms to customer care. (LAST on 121). the details are

as follows :

Last one charges are :

1. last call of rs 1.

2. Value added services rs 98.00 11/02 10:56 AM.

I have also registered an complain for the same to customer care on 20-02 and my

request reference no is CBDCC30220572918.

Today on 26-02, 7 days has been passed but they haven't any answer. And senior manager

are also not taking the call. And after 3 times I end up with the customer care services.

Please take my complain very seriously and do needful.
