Dear Sir,
This is to just bring in your notification that services which has been offerred to me by airtel, which is dis-satisfactory to use. I have been complaing for past 4months about the error that i facing on my airtel post paid number 91 8800363232, as i call someone my call get disconnected.
I had called many time to your contact centre team and they have been unhelpfull ever and your manager and your supervisor are being unhelpful.
Well, i am not happy using your airtel services as no one has help me out as if now and when ever i have called your contact centre, your customer care agent always been roude to me and do not offer any other option.
I have tried complaing to your technical team and your manager's but they are least bothered to help me. Every time i have been ignored and given a time frame to get back to me but no one get back to me.
I was not expecting this kind of service from AIRTEL...
Give the reason that is this a way we airtel customer are being treated are we not paying for the services or we are not a human being. If this would have been in America or London, legal action would have been taken against your airtel services.
It is my humble request that please take any serious action against all of them your scrude my happiness.
