Company disconnected my phone even after payment in excess and harrassing for payment

My telephone have been disconnected since january though i have made the payment to the company .the copy of my bank statement have been emailed to the company statinr the cheques have been debited to my account and credited to airtel .my bill ia amounting to rs 2450 and i had mede the payment of rs 3575 amt inexcess of my bills though.

i wanna sue the company for disconnecting my line and haraassing me for payments
