Alance deduction for no cause

Dear Concern,

I am a customer of Airtel prepaid service my no. is 9818460342. My balance is being deducted without any expense occurrence neither for phone call no for the msging service this has happend beforehand also first time my Rs. 90 were deducted and now already Rs. 15 are deducted.

Please do take some action over this these airtel guys are really pathetic.
