My name is praveen kumar. mobile no 9032768900. recently i ported my number from tatadocomo to airtel. i really felt very sad and bad of airtel service. just 15 days back i got a call from airtel that if u want score updates than press one, but i disconnected the call still the service was activated and deducted money. i called customer care for the same. they are saying that you requested for the service. I was surprised and deactivated the service. and again i received a call just 8 days back its saying some thing about add immediately i disconnected the call, than i received message that thank you for choosing friends chat service, your chat id is so and so and deducted 20/-. its a thief service, without asking they are activating the service and deducting money. and i tried to call customer care but it was not possible to me, because, if want to know about your balance deducted information press one, then go for *121# and disconnecting my phone.
how can i get back my money please advice me.
