1.This is complaint regarding airtel forced deductions from customer account in the name of Value added services on 22.2.11 thre was Rs.60 in my moms acc.
2.On 22.2.11 we recharged the account by Rs.149 . by thursday ie 24.2.11 they amount left was Rs.130 .Rs.60 was deducted from her account .on calling Customer CAre it was said that some ranbir kapoor service has been activated. and it was assured that Rs.60 will be reimbursed by 26.2.10 and the services will be deactivated.
3.Nothing was done till 28.2.11 rather Rs 52 balance was left, Infuriated i called Airtel Customre Care to the reasons behind the deduction and the senior Exec cut the call, I called from another number again senior e xec put the blame on us and cut the call and till date nothing has been reimbursed.
5.I sent a mail at nodal office and airtel [email protected] n i got a reply the email id has been changed.
4 MY QUESTION IS that IS AIRTEL SO HUNGRY TO LOOT THE HARD EARN MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER .
DOES THE COMPANYHAVE SOME WORK ETHICS? I DOUBT
