The irrelevant balance deductions of airtel is creating a nuisance in life of every student!!! These airtel services deduct our balance without any prior information... and the customer care services simply fails to find a solution to this problem. I am tired of calling the customer care because neither do these people refund the balance nor find a solution to it..!!!
its my very humble request to plzz kindly inform the customer before deducting thier balance... and to be very frank... either refund their balance or find some other ways to fool your customers.
PS: the customer care services are meant for the customer's help... and the so called airtel network for the easy use of the customer... so kindly gear up now... and look through your idiotic nonsense... its high time now... nobody can take this nonsense that you guys are deducting our balance for your idiotic schemes and hello tunes...!!!
