This is regarding my landline services#01294163889. Airtel is providing worst services & making harrassment calls to my parents on a daily basis for bill collection. They stopped sending bills to my residential address after Oct, 10 & suddenly in the month of Jan, 11 they started sending bills with the penalty amount. I have raised several requests to them for discontuning of services but all in vain. Now they are sending bills to my home address on a weekly basis with additional penalty. Is there anyone woho could look into customer grievances & teach these people a good solid lesson so that they dont harrass any customer again.
