Airtel rechage amount gone to dedicated account instead of regular account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have done a airtel recharge from a retailer for amount Rs.444 (which is shown in airtel online recharge as full talktime with no validity).

When recharging i was in Maharashtra and recharging Tamilnadu SIM and will be in roaming for next few months.

I got a message that Rs 1 is added to my regular account and Rs 444 is added to some dedicated account. But while roaming i not able to use this dedicated account.

To use this amount, please transfer the same to regular account so that i can use this while roaming.
