Post paid mobile connection

I changed my Airtel connection from prepaid to post paid. They gave me a new sim card and it got activated after 6 days. This was working for a day and then got deactivated. I called up airtel customer care and they said there was no problem with their end. Customer care person asked me to change my sim card as it could have got damaged. I did changed the sim but the same problem.

I called up Airtel customer care several times but each time I call they are giving different information. When I checked in the near by airtel showroom they said the connection is disconnected and redirecting me to check with the person I made the prepaid to post paid request. But when I checked with them they say the connection is active and no problem with their end. Airtel service is very pathetic, annoying and they are not giving clear information.

Now even I have to change to other service provider I have to activate this connection and wait for three months to change as this is considered as new connection. Some how I have to get rid of Airtel soon.
